One suggestion: For the list of recent posts on the front page, the current order is: Title Blurb Photo I think the following would be better: Photo Title Blurb Remember that people want to be able to easily skim the new posts; as it is now, I find my eyes having to dart back and forth across the page from the photo to the title. The photo helps catch attention, the title clarifies whether this is likely something I want to read, and the blurb confirms this. So photo should, IMHO, be farthest right, so the user can most easily scan down the list, followed by the title.
